We want to hear from you

If you encounter a barrier using this site, contact us and we'll work to fix it and provide the information you need in another format.

Our commitment

Crewline is committed to making its website accessible to as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies. Many of the contractors, trades, and owner-operators we serve reach us on mobile, so a usable, accessible experience matters.

Standards we aim for

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, consistent with accessibility expectations in Canada, including the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) where applicable.

What we do

  • Semantic HTML with a skip-to-content structure and clear headings;
  • Keyboard-operable navigation and forms with visible focus states;
  • Readable colour contrast and scalable, responsive text;
  • Descriptive links and labels for assistive technologies.

Known limitations

Accessibility is ongoing work. Some third-party content — such as the funding-partner application — may not fully match our standards, and we're working to improve. If you hit a barrier there, contact us and we'll help you complete your enquiry another way.

Feedback

To report an accessibility issue or request information in an alternative format, contact us at info@crewlinefinancing.com. We aim to respond promptly.

Crewline is a referral and matching service, not a lender. We do not make credit decisions or guarantee approval. Financing is provided by third-party lenders subject to their own terms and criteria.
